Terms of Service

Pixel Academy is an educational platform that teaches blockchain, programming, finance, and trading through structured courses and gamified challenges ("Legendary Quests"). It is operated by Pixel Academy LLC.

We are not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, or financial advisor. We do not offer investment products. Anything we publish is for educational purposes only — not financial advice.

PUSDT ("Pixel USDT") is a non-transferable, platform-only credit balance. You acquire it by sending USDT to a deposit address we generate for you, and you may spend it on Pixel Academy: course unlocks, Legendary Quest entries, and OTC trades for Pixel Token (PXL).

PUSDT is functionally equivalent to a Steam Wallet balance, an arcade token, or a prepaid gift card. It is not a deposit, not a savings instrument, not an investment, not a security, and not money. Pixel Academy does not pay interest on PUSDT and does not guarantee its purchasing power outside our platform.

PUSDT exists only as a record in our database. There is no on-chain PUSDT token. PUSDT cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn directly, or used outside the platform.

Conversion of PUSDT back to USDT is offered at our discretion as an administrative service, subject to a 5% fee deducted on payout, processed manually within 24 hours of request. Per-chain minimums and daily caps apply. We may pause, throttle, or refuse conversion for any user account where we suspect fraud, money laundering, sanction evasion, or other Terms violations.

PXL is the in-platform reward token. Pre-mainnet, it exists only as a database ledger. We may, at our sole discretion, issue PXL rewards from our treasury to active users. Reward issuance is voluntary, has no fixed schedule or formula, and creates no obligation on our part to issue rewards in the future.

PXL has a fixed supply, fully allocated at genesis. We do not mint additional PXL. PXL may be traded for PUSDT via our internal OTC orderbook, with a 1% fee in PXL on the buyer's side.

If and when PXL is migrated on-chain ("mainnet launch"), each holder's database balance will be airdropped 1:1 to a wallet address they specify. Mainnet timing is not guaranteed and may not happen at all.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and any 2FA secrets secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account when the cause is not our fault.

We may require additional identity verification ("KYC") for higher-volume accounts or in jurisdictions where law requires it. Refusing KYC may limit your ability to convert PUSDT back to USDT.

We may suspend or close any account, freeze its PUSDT/PXL, and refuse conversion if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, money laundering, sanctions violations, or other breaches of these Terms or applicable law.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send USDT to the wrong address, with the wrong network selected, or below our minimum, recovery is best-effort and not guaranteed.

We rely on third-party providers (Tatum, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, others). Outages or errors at these providers may delay deposits, conversions, or platform access.

On-chain gas, network congestion, and chain reorganizations can affect timing and final settlement of transactions. We do not refund gas fees you pay outside our platform.

We do our best to maintain solvency between PUSDT credited and USDT held, but operating a platform of this kind carries inherent technical and operational risk. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that risk.

Buying PUSDT with USDT: no fee. Any USDT amount with more than two decimal places is rounded down (truncated) to two decimals when crediting PUSDT — the remainder is retained by the platform.

Converting PUSDT back to USDT: 5% fee, deducted from the USDT payout.

Legendary Quest entries: the entry price (in PUSDT) is platform revenue. Any PXL reward we may grant later is discretionary and is not part of the consideration.

OTC trades: 1% fee in PXL, taken from the buyer's received amount. Sellers pay no fee.

Fees may change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a fee change is acceptance of the new fee schedule.

You agree not to: (a) use the platform to launder money, evade sanctions, or finance illegal activity; (b) impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to abuse referrals or leaderboards; (c) attempt to exploit bugs to credit yourself PUSDT or PXL you did not earn — this includes withdrawing such amounts before we discover and reverse the entry; (d) interfere with the platform's operation through DDoS, automated scraping, or other means; (e) post abusive, harassing, or illegal content.

Bug bounty: if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to security@pixelacademy.ge. Responsible disclosure may earn discretionary rewards.

All disputes between users (e.g., OTC trade disagreements) are resolved by Pixel Academy administrators. Our resolution is final and binding for the platform; it is not legal arbitration.

USDT deposits are final once on-chain. We do not honor chargeback requests against on-chain transactions you originated.

If we make an operational mistake (e.g., we credited too little PUSDT due to a Tatum failure), contact support@pixelacademy.ge. We reserve the right to issue manual ledger adjustments to correct genuine platform errors, fully audit-trailed.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date and version identifier at the top change with each update. Material changes will be communicated by email and a prompt at next login.

Material changes that affect your rights or obligations require fresh acceptance before you can perform money-moving actions (PUSDT purchase, conversion, OTC trade, quest unlock). Until you accept, your existing balances remain visible and convertible under the prior terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Academy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the platform is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country, not the U.S. state). Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
